Bay Bakery started with a love of proper homemade baking: the kind of food that feels comforting, generous, and made with care.

What began as Piece of Cake, a small home-based cake business, has grown into something bigger: a bakery built around traditional homemade bakes, savoury items, and everyday favourites made fresh for people to enjoy.

At Bay Bakery, everything is created with flavour, comfort, and quality in mind. From classic cakes and brownies to pies, quiches, sausage rolls, and weekend treats, our aim is simple: to make food that feels homemade, welcoming, and worth coming back for.

We’re proud to be a small local bakery with big plans - growing from our kitchen into bakery weekends, market stalls, and, one day, The Bay Tearoom.
